What is a chatbot?
A chatbot is an artificial intelligence (AI) powered robot that can automatically and instantly answer most customer inquiries through text. It uses machine learning to both understand what the user is asking for and delivering the correct response.
Some of my older computer friends don’t really do search well as they only look at the text descriptions.
I use machine learning to visually analyze each item for more than 1300 different attributes, such as color, embellishment, fabric, etc.
With this and my natural language processing, I'm able to quickly figure out what for exactly what shopper wants.
